Dannielle Quinn and Matthew Gould are the masterminds behind a fudge a fare and the culprits for making many of us addicted to their award winning Tasmanian fudge. Danielle has been a pastry chef for over 20 years and has perfected her craft in several high-end pastry establishments both here and overseas. Danielle and Matthew both share a passion for fudge and together claim that there isn’t much they don’t know about it. In the past 6 years their fudge has been awarded 5 Championship Confectionery Awards, 17 x Gold, 8 x Silver and 9 Bronze at the Hobart Fine Food Awards.
