IronHouse brews are made from traditional recipes from quality ingredients and Tasmanian water sourced from their own spring. Their breas are refreshingly unpasteurised and have no preservatives or additives. IronHouse commenced operation in 2007 and was launched at Hobart’s Beerfest. Michael Briggs is the head brewer and created the 4 regular beers produced by the brewery, Pale Ale, Lager, Wheat and Porter and also the seasonal beers including Pilsner and Stout.
